INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIVITY

D4B project redefines industry and academia

We are proud to be part of Digital4Business, a four-year project co-funded by the European Union aiming at digital upskilling throughout Europe and across different industry sectors. The overarching goal of the project, pursued by a consortium of 15 partners from 7 different EU countries, is to design and implement the pioneering joint master’s program “Advanced Digital Skills”.

The program will be offered fully online, carried out by six universities from Ireland, Portugal, France, Sweden, Italy, and Germany. One of the unique features of the program is that it merges academia and industry, as it is co-created with companies across Europe that have identified the different needs and skills gaps in European businesses, in particular SMEs. By harnessing digital transformation and innovation, this initiative aims to enable businesses to achieve long-term competitiveness and growth in today’s digital age.

We are at the forefront of driving digital innovation and fostering collaboration on an international level. Together with our partners, we are committed to shaping the future of digital business and equipping professionals with the skills they need to succeed in the digital economy.

The M.Sc. in Advanced Digital Skills addresses in particular business leaders and professionals but also graduates from many different backgrounds with a keen interest in digitalization and digital transformation and a solid technical understanding. The curriculum focuses on core topics such as AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Digital Transformation, and enables specialization in several other digital technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing. The program will provide students with an officially recognized academic accreditation by an authorized European agency, industry certification and micro-credentials, and offers work-based learning, employability and mobility programs.
